If you’ve ever wondered what it means when we say an author is a “Redbird Alum,” chances are we mean the author spent some time at Redbird Studio in a fabulous workshop taught by Judy Bridges called “Shut Up & Write.” We’re so excited that Judy has taken some of the easy, practical techniques used in her workshop and put them in to a book that writers of all experience levels can use. Judy, along with writers Robert Vaughan, Laurel Landis, Sara Rattan, and Sheila Hanrahan will visit the bookshop to celebrate the publication of Shut Up & Write, and to talk about their experiences as writers of flash fiction and short stories.
